kay so i just got banned for 720 hours for literally SHIT ALL. What the fuck?! I wasn't breaking ANY rules.

I saw the deed done and I must say it was a misunderstanding. Willy is a riot... he is, to my knowledge, old enough to be on here, which is more than I can say for some of the girls here. A frequent-flyer to the board the other day was talking about how she'd just turned 18, a mod commented how she'd been coming here for way longer and laughed about it. I suppose she's legal now, but laughing that she had been coming here and showing her cooch and boobs when she wasn't yet 18... not cool... I will say that WASN'T Ody.
But I digress, Willy was giving as well as taking crap yet he was the only one who got bounced. And his stuff was all in fun.

Well first of all if you want to post a msg must be clear what do you mean with it the other thing a girl wasnt 18 and she was joining the chat forum i got that whats the connection between willy and the other girl and how he got banned for 720 hours whats the whole mess in here just be clear with ur post and what do you mean and what is the reason got you banned for so long and we will see what we can do about it and when was that !

This was last night around midnight...
There is really, I suppose, no connection between what happened to Willy and what I posted about this hooke... I mean girl. Other than to say that it seemed a mod was worked up because Willy didn't LOOK 18 (though he is old enough to be here) and then there was a chick admitting that she had been here for the better part of a year showing snatch and had just only recently turned 18 and that seemed to strike another mod as funny.
As far as why Willy was banned, I honestly think the things he was posting as sarcastic and witty, Ody thought were serious. Had a female been posting the same stuff, she would not have been banned. In fact, the gal Willy was bantering back and forth with WAS posting the same stuff, they were just goofing around, and she didn't get banned, he did. I think Ody just didn't get that Willy was joking around.
I've seen Ody look out for girls before - in fact, he's looked out for me a lot, so maybe this was a case of him doing that... but Willy wasn't being an ass. Honestly.

I too, saw what happened and also agree with Judy.  This was an unfair ban.  I've personally been the subject of abuse from other members of this chat and it's almost a daily occurence.  Yet, most of these people are allowed to stay regardless of what they say or do.  And don't even get me started on the underage girls who don't get banned while showing everything.  I'll be here all day.

Point of my post is, Willy may have seemed to be insulting, but it was all in fun.  The mod apparently didn't realize that or just didn't care.  And a 720 hour ban?  720 hours??  FFS!  I've known members to call me a fucking whore (unprovoked) who were back in a week, but usually a day!  And Willy's comments weren't even close to that kind of name calling.  As Judy said, those who know Willy, know it's all in fun and not to take it seriously, unlike other people here who are just mean spirited and cruel.

I personally feel this was overboard and his ban should be lifted or at the very least, the time frame should be greatly reduced.  Whether or not my post here will make any difference is unknown.  But it needed to be said.  I'm still really angry about the whole thing and am growing tired of the bullshit that goes on here.

Oh and regarding Willy's age...he's almost 20.  I know this because I know him personally.  So, if that had anything at all to do with the ban...it's dead wrong.

wetwill was NOT banned for age.  I would not ban someone for age unless I checked it.

He was banned because he CONSTANTLY does not listen when mods tell him to stop doing something.

He was told to stop that, numerous times, and didn't.  

I constantly see him flaming others, and calling them names.  Now maybe he is joking, but the other posters, who do not know him, do not know that.  They see him calling people names, and flaming them.  And then they think, "oh it's ok to do that".  And when told to NOT do it.  He says "sorry!".... and then a VERY short while later, goes back to doing it.

Sorry, that doesn't cut it.  wetwilly is the proverbial "class clown".  Some people find him funny, and some don't.  And class clowns always evetually end up in detention for not listening.  He doesn't listen.  So now he has detention.

Looking back, maybe I should have banned him for a week instead of a month.  But regardless, I stand by the REASON I banned him.

Here's a case in point.

Monday night I was being harrassed in Adult Cam.  I had to stick up for myself because the mod in there wasn't handling it.  Eventually, this person threatened me.  Yes...threatened me.  Told the room that it's all ok because he'd "get me when there aren't any mods around".  Mod said nothing.  I defended myself AGAIN.  Finally, the mod gave him a "warning".  The bastard then had the nerve to complain because I hadn't received a warning.  So then I was warned.  Bullshit!  This guy is STILL on here.  From what I understand from a friend, he also was doing this again 2 nights later to other women.  Talk about other people seeing things happening and thinking it's ok to do the same!

Does this have a direct association with the Willy situation?  No.  However, Willy has NEVER threatened anyone or made anyone feel afraid to be in chat.  His actions are harmless by comparison.  

I do understand your point Ody, regarding the flooding.  Perhaps that is too much.  Although, all he was doing was singing a song.  It's not like he was flaming or posting urls or emails.  Last night, him and the other girl were just teasing each other.  She knew it...and so did he.

I guess my whole thing here is how unfair and biased the banning can be.  Some people's behavior is tolerated while others isn't.  That is unfair to all who come here.  As a woman (and I like to think, a nice person) I have trouble understanding this. Not trying to cause trouble.  I'm just really bothered by the whole thing.  I'd much rather listen to someone being witty or sarcastic than to listen to people ask me to take my fucking shirt off every 2 seconds.  Or worse.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the support. And let me say that for the record, the first time I was EVER asked to stop "flooding" as Ody so bluntly put it was last night, by him. ONCE. And I fully complied. That ban was a complete blindside to me and I did not see it coming whatsoever. So if thats the reason for a MONTH LONG FUCKING BAN, then I'd rather not be a part of this site whatsoever, and encourage other users to stop taking shit from these so called "moderators".

I just met Willy the other day and have been in the room with him, though the way he postes the singing may be annoying to some, it is not NEARLY as bad as some of the rest of the stuff going on.  We are going to looses the presense or incredible women like LivingDoll and many others because of the constant harrassment by imature, desperate degenerates constantly asking to see things. 

I don't know the above mentioned situation, I wasn't there....but I have been there to see the women getting harrassed and this is where I wish some of the powers would be abused!  BAN THESE FUCKERS!!!!!!  Get these begging idiots out of our hair so we can all just chat, flirt, joke, and sing....just have a good time with great people.

Disturbed, Ody, and the others....you have a hard job and I couldn't imagine having that job.  I like the idea that was done with Ozman who is a moderator in a specific room primarily, maybe some more of that could be tried?  A moderator that KNOWS the room and the people.  I have been on this site over a year (2 weeks under this new name), and I have seen quite a few come and go....but I really hate to see good people leave because of the constant harrassment and misunderstandings.

For the record, Ody, I didn't realize that was why you banned him. I don't recall whether or not you gave a reason, and I know you don't have to state the reason when you punt someone.
I know he types posts in short sentences or a couple words like that. Again, I didn't realize that was the reasoning for him to get the boot
